Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Welcome to Erfan MD. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://erfan-md.site/, including its articles, tutorials, WhatsApp bot resources, pairing-code interface, contact features, and any other features made available through this website (collectively, the “Website” or “Services”).
For these Terms, “Erfan MD,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Website operating under the name Erfan MD. “You” and “your” refer to any person who visits, accesses, or uses the Website or Services.
By accessing the Website, using its features, or selecting “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service” where that option is provided, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the relevant Service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Acceptable Use Policy. Those documents explain additional information about privacy, service limitations, and responsible use.
1. About Erfan MD and Our Services
Erfan MD publishes informational resources about WhatsApp bots, WhatsApp MD bots, automation concepts, connection methods, integrations, technical setup, and troubleshooting.
The Website may also provide a pairing-code interface through which a user can submit a WhatsApp phone number and request a pairing code using a selected connection server. The Website provides the visible interface and handles the request flow described on the relevant page. The selected connection service may be operated by an independent third party.
Our educational articles and examples are separate from the live operation of a pairing-code tool or any third-party bot. An article explaining a feature does not establish that the feature is available, enabled, tested, or supported by the current live service.
Available features, server options, operating requirements, limits, and results may change. A server selector or tool interface does not guarantee that a server is currently available or that a request will succeed.
If the pairing interface displays an unavailable status, an empty server list, blank status values, or an error, do not assume that the connection service is operational. Wait for a valid status or contact us through the published support channels.
2. Eligibility and Authority to Use the Website
You may use the Website only if you are legally capable of entering into an agreement of this kind under the laws that apply to you.
If you use the Website on behalf of a business, organization, or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You must have the right to use any phone number, account, device, information, or system that you submit to or connect through a Service. You must not use another person’s account or information without appropriate permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website complies with applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, and the terms that govern the external platforms and services you choose to use.
3. Pairing-Code Interface and Third-Party Servers
The pairing-code interface is intended to submit a pairing request through a selected connection server. When you enter a phone number and submit the request, that number is sent through the request process to the selected server so the service can attempt to return a pairing code.
The selected server may be controlled by a provider other than Erfan MD. Unless the Website expressly states and substantiates otherwise, you should not assume that Erfan MD owns, operates, controls, or independently verifies the selected server.
Third-party providers may have their own systems, software, availability conditions, logging practices, retention periods, security controls, and terms. We cannot guarantee how an independently operated server will handle information or how long it will remain available.
Before submitting a phone number, you should understand which server you are selecting and review the relevant privacy information. If you cannot identify or trust the selected service, do not submit your number or proceed with linking your account.
You agree not to submit a number or request that you are not authorized to use. You must not use the pairing interface to access another person’s account without permission, deceive another person into connecting an account, or facilitate unauthorized access.
A successful response from a server does not establish that a connection is secure, officially supported, permitted by WhatsApp, or suitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing the result and deciding whether to continue.
4. Pairing Codes, Account Access, and Security
Pairing codes and other account-linking information can be sensitive. You are responsible for safeguarding any code, authentication information, or session access that you receive or control.
To reduce risk, you agree to:
- Use only a phone number and account that you own or are authorized to manage.
- Keep pairing codes, verification codes, passwords, session files, API keys, and other credentials private.
- Never publish authentication material in comments, public messages, screenshots, or support requests.
- Review any linked-device prompt and approve only a device or session that you recognize and intend to connect.
- Review your account’s linked-device settings and revoke unfamiliar or unwanted access using the platform’s available controls.
- Stop using a tool if it requests unexpected credentials or asks you to bypass normal security protections.
We do not guarantee that a third-party pairing service, bot, integration, or connection method is free from vulnerabilities or unauthorized access. You should consider the potential consequences before connecting an account that contains private or sensitive information.
We do not guarantee that using a pairing-code interface will prevent temporary or permanent restrictions, loss of access, disconnection, or other action by a platform provider.
5. No Affiliation with WhatsApp or Meta
Erfan MD is an independent website and is not owned, operated, sponsored, approved, or endorsed by WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or their affiliated companies, unless an explicit, verifiable statement on the Website says otherwise.
WhatsApp, Meta, and other third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We use these names only to identify or discuss the relevant products, services, and technologies.
References to WhatsApp, a WhatsApp bot, a WhatsApp MD bot, or a pairing method do not establish that the relevant tool is an official WhatsApp product or that WhatsApp or Meta has reviewed or approved it.
WhatsApp warns that linking an account through unofficial apps or websites may put the account at risk. Review the current WhatsApp Terms of Service and official linked-device guidance before deciding whether to use a connection method.
6. Educational Content and Technical Information
Articles, tutorials, configuration examples, troubleshooting steps, code samples, and technical explanations are provided for general informational and educational purposes.
Software, APIs, libraries, platform policies, server configurations, and technical requirements can change. Information that was accurate when published may later become incomplete or outdated.
We do not promise that all published instructions are error-free, current, suitable for your particular system, or guaranteed to produce a particular result. Unless a feature has been verified and its availability clearly stated, you should not assume that it is implemented or working in a live Erfan MD service.
You are responsible for reviewing instructions, validating compatibility, checking current official documentation, testing changes in a suitable environment, and maintaining appropriate backups before making technical changes.
Examples used to explain a possible automation workflow are illustrative unless expressly identified as a tested, available feature. A tutorial or worked example is not, by itself, a representation that the corresponding function is available through Erfan MD.
7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You must use the Website and Services lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use them to harm other people, interfere with the Website, violate rights, or bypass relevant safeguards.
You must not:
- Use the Website or any associated tool for fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, unauthorized access, or other unlawful activity.
- Submit a phone number, personal information, account details, or other material without the necessary authority or permission.
- Use any Service to facilitate unwanted bulk messaging, spam, deception, or other messaging that violates applicable law or platform rules.
- Use automation to bypass platform safeguards, restrictions, rate limits, access controls, or security checks.
- Interfere with the Website’s normal operation, overload its servers, introduce malicious code, or attempt to compromise its security.
- Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to Website systems, administrative areas, credentials, databases, or third-party infrastructure.
- Use scripts or automated submissions to abuse the pairing tool, evade cooldowns, or create excessive requests.
- Scrape, copy, or systematically collect Website content or data in a manner that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others. This restriction does not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing or activity expressly permitted by law.
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices, falsely claim ownership of our material, or reproduce protected material without permission or a valid legal basis.
- Misrepresent an unofficial tool as an official WhatsApp or Meta service.
- Use the Website in a way that violates another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights.
Use of any WhatsApp-related service is also subject to the current rules that apply to your account, message activity, and connection method. You are responsible for checking the relevant platform terms and policies.
For additional requirements, review our Acceptable Use Policy.
8. User Communications and Submissions
You may contact us with questions, feedback, suggestions, reports, or other information through the contact methods made available on the Website.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you send is lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, relevant to your enquiry, and not knowingly misleading or harmful.
Do not include passwords, verification codes, pairing codes, session tokens, private chat contents, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a contact form or general support message.
When you submit a message or suggestion, you allow us to receive, review, store, and use that submission as reasonably necessary to respond to you, handle the enquiry, operate support, address a reported problem, or improve the Website. This limited permission does not transfer ownership of your unrelated intellectual property to us.
Do not submit confidential material unless it is necessary, appropriate, and you are authorized to share it. We do not promise that an unsolicited submission will be treated as confidential unless we expressly agree otherwise or applicable law requires it.
9. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
The Website’s original articles, text, design elements, logos, and other material owned by or licensed to Erfan MD may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licences.
Subject to these Terms and any applicable licence or legal exception, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the Website for your personal use or lawful internal business reference.
You may share links to our public pages and quote reasonable portions of our content where permitted by applicable law, provided that you do not misrepresent the source, remove required attribution, or imply that we endorse you.
Unless we provide written permission or applicable law allows it, you must not republish substantial portions of the Website, sell copies of our content, redistribute our material as your own, exploit protected branding, or create a derivative work that infringes our rights or the rights of a third party.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any software, library, plugin, trademark, image, or other material that belongs to another owner. Any third-party software must be used according to its applicable licence and terms.
If you believe material on the Website infringes your rights, contact us through the Contact page and identify the material and the basis of your request.
10. Third-Party Websites, Software, and Providers
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, documentation, software, APIs, hosting providers, or other external services. These links may be included for information, reference, or convenience.
We do not control every third-party website or service and are not responsible for its independent content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices, or actions. A link, reference, or mention is not an endorsement, certification, or guarantee.
When you leave the Website or use an external service, that provider’s applicable terms and privacy policy may govern your interaction. You are responsible for reviewing them and deciding whether to proceed.
Third-party providers may introduce changes, impose limits, require additional permissions, charge fees, discontinue features, or become unavailable without notice to us. We do not guarantee their continued operation.
11. Privacy, Data Processing, and Cookies
Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains the Website’s stated data-handling practices. Our Cookie Policy provides additional information about cookies and similar technologies where applicable.
The information processed may depend on the feature you use. For example, a pairing-code request sends the phone number you submit to the selected connection server. A contact enquiry may be handled by an external form-processing provider.
External providers may process information according to their own practices. We do not promise a particular third-party retention period, security outcome, or deletion result unless that commitment is expressly documented and can be substantiated.
Before submitting personal information, review the applicable Privacy Policy and any relevant third-party notice. Do not use a feature if you do not understand its relevant data flow or do not accept the associated risks.
These Terms do not replace the Privacy Policy and do not grant us permission to disregard applicable privacy or data-protection law.
12. Fees and Third-Party Charges
Any fee that Erfan MD itself charges for a particular paid feature must be presented to you before you are asked to pay it. If you are not shown a fee or payment instruction by Erfan MD, you should not infer that you have agreed to an undisclosed charge to us.
Third-party providers may have their own pricing, usage limits, hosting charges, data charges, or other fees. Those charges are controlled by the relevant provider and are not automatically part of any service offered by Erfan MD.
You are responsible for ordinary costs associated with your own device, internet access, mobile plan, and third-party services that you choose to use.
13. Availability, Changes, and Maintenance
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue Website content or a feature to maintain, improve, protect, or manage the Services.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access to the Website, the pairing interface, or a third-party connection service.
Access may be affected by hosting problems, maintenance, internet or network failures, security issues, software updates, provider changes, rate limits, configuration problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update articles, technical instructions, or feature descriptions as information changes. We are not obligated to maintain every article, integration, feature, or third-party link indefinitely.
Do not rely on the Website as the sole method for a critical operation. Maintain appropriate backups, alternatives, monitoring, and recovery procedures for any business or technical workflow that depends on an external service.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may limit, suspend, or discontinue access to all or part of the Website when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, its users, our systems, third parties, or to address a suspected breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Where reasonable and appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a problem. We are not required to provide advance notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary for security, safety, legal compliance, or the prevention of harm.
A third-party provider may independently suspend or terminate its own service, server, account access, or connection method under its own rules. We cannot reverse or guarantee a decision made independently by that provider.
Upon termination of your access, you must stop using the affected Service. Terms that by their nature should continue to apply—including provisions on intellectual property, limitations of liability, dispute handling, and interpretation—will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
15. Disclaimers and No Guarantee of Results
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that all content, tools, or services will be accurate, complete, current, secure, compatible, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
We do not guarantee that a pairing-code request will succeed, that a server will be available, that a bot will support every described feature, that a linked session will remain active, or that use of any tool will achieve a specific result.
We do not guarantee that using the Website or a third-party service will prevent account restrictions, disconnections, data loss, security incidents, or other consequences. Decisions made by WhatsApp, Meta, hosting companies, and other independent providers are not under our control.
Articles, examples, and tutorials are general information, not individualized professional, legal, security, or business advice. You are responsible for independently evaluating whether a recommendation is suitable for your circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Erfan MD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, anticipated savings, business opportunity, goodwill, data, messages, or use, arising out of or connected with your access to or use of the Website or Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by a third-party server or provider, a user’s decision to link an account, an unavailable or unsuccessful pairing request, a user’s failure to protect credentials, inaccurate or outdated third-party information, a platform’s independent account decision, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under the law that applies.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer rights or other legal protections that apply to you. Where applicable law does not permit a particular limitation, that limitation will apply only to the maximum extent that the law permits.
17. Indemnity for Misuse
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Website, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
This section does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own conduct where such a requirement is prohibited by law. Any claim under this section must be assessed in accordance with the law that applies and the actual circumstances involved.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
Subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to a user, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
If a concern or dispute arises from the Website or these Terms, please first contact us through the Contact page with a clear description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will consider the information provided and whether the matter can be resolved informally.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court or other competent forum with jurisdiction under the applicable law. Nothing in this section prevents a user from exercising a right to bring a claim in another forum where mandatory law gives that user the right to do so.
This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent legal relief where available under applicable law.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when the Website, its features, its business practices, or applicable requirements change.
When we publish a revision, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. A change will apply from the effective date stated with the revised Terms, subject to applicable law. Where required by law or appropriate for a material change, we will provide additional notice.
You should review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with a revised version, stop using the affected Service. Continued use after the effective date of a revision will be treated as acceptance only to the extent that such acceptance is legally effective under applicable law.
20. General Legal Provisions
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and notices expressly referenced here, govern your use of the Website. If a feature has additional terms presented before use, those additional terms apply to that feature to the extent they are consistent with applicable law and these Terms.
Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
No waiver
If we do not enforce a provision immediately, that does not necessarily mean we have waived the right to enforce it later. A waiver must be effective under applicable law and the circumstances involved.
No employment, partnership, or agency
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint-venture, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Erfan MD.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms in a way that violates applicable law. We may transfer or reorganize our rights and obligations as part of a lawful change to the operation of the Website, provided that doing so does not remove rights that cannot legally be removed.
Force majeure
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for a failure or delay caused by events reasonably outside our control, such as major network outages, infrastructure failures, natural disasters, public emergencies, government actions, or disruptions affecting independent providers.
Electronic communications
You may communicate with us electronically through the contact methods provided on the Website. We may respond electronically to an enquiry or support request. Electronic communication does not remove any legal formality that applicable law requires to be satisfied in a different way.
Language
These Terms are written in English. If a translation is provided for convenience and conflicts with the English version, the English version will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
21. Contact Us
If you have questions about these Terms, need to report a problem, or wish to raise a concern about the Website, please contact us using the information published on our Contact page.
Our currently published contact email is company@explorefrag.com. Please check the Contact page for the current available contact methods and support information.
When reporting a technical issue, include the page URL, a description of what you were trying to do, and the non-sensitive error message. Do not send passwords, verification codes, pairing codes, session files, private message content, or other authentication secrets.
By using Erfan MD, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your decisions when using the Website and for checking the applicable terms, risks, permissions, and data practices of third-party services before you connect an account or submit information.
