Acceptable Use Policy

Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: October 16, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules that apply when using the Erfan MD website, its WhatsApp bot resources, command-based features, pairing-code interface, and related tools. Its purpose is to help users understand what is permitted and what conduct is prohibited.

Erfan MD provides website content and tools related to WhatsApp bots, including technical information, command references, and a pairing-request interface. Available functions may differ according to the bot version, selected connection server, configuration, and third-party services involved. Descriptions or examples on this website should not be treated as a guarantee that every feature is available in every environment.

By accessing or using the relevant parts of the website or associated tools, you agree to follow this policy and the applicable Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these rules, do not use the affected feature.

1. Scope and Responsible Use

This policy applies to visitors and users who access Erfan MD's website resources, submit pairing requests, or use a connected bot or related feature associated with the website.

You may use these resources for lawful, legitimate, and responsible purposes. Depending on the particular bot and its configuration, available commands may include AI-assisted tools, image or text utilities, media-related functions, general information tools, and group-management features.

The availability of a command does not give you permission to use it unlawfully, violate another person's rights, bypass platform restrictions, or access information that you are not authorized to access.

2. Use Only Accounts, Numbers, and Systems You Are Authorized to Use

You must have permission to use any WhatsApp number, account, device, group, service, or other resource involved in your activity.

  • Use the pairing interface only with a phone number and account that you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Do not submit another person's number to initiate an account connection without their permission.
  • Do not trick someone into linking their account or approving an unfamiliar device or session.
  • Do not attempt to access another person's account, messages, groups, or private information without authorization.
  • Do not use a bot or command to bypass access controls or obtain information that you are not entitled to receive.

Submitting a phone number to request a pairing code is not the same as connecting an account. Once an account is connected, the information accessible to a bot or its server can depend on the connection method, software, permissions, and deployment.

3. Pairing Codes and Account Security

A pairing code, verification code, session file, authentication token, password, or similar credential can provide access to an account or connected session. Treat these details as confidential.

  • Do not publish or send pairing codes, verification codes, passwords, API keys, session files, or authentication tokens to other people.
  • Do not share screenshots that reveal account-linking or authentication information.
  • Approve only account-linking prompts and sessions that you recognize and intend to use.
  • Review your WhatsApp linked-device settings and remove sessions you do not recognize or no longer trust.
  • Stop using a tool if it requests unexpected credentials or asks you to bypass normal security protections.

When you submit a pairing request, the phone number you enter is sent through the website's request process to the connection server you select. That server may be operated independently and may have its own data-handling and security practices. Review the Privacy Policy and any relevant information about the selected server before proceeding.

4. No Spam or Unauthorized Bulk Messaging

You must not use Erfan MD or an associated bot to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or other unwanted communications in violation of applicable laws or platform rules.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Sending unsolicited promotional messages to lists of people who have not appropriately agreed to receive them.
  • Using purchased, scraped, stolen, or improperly obtained contact lists for unwanted messaging.
  • Continuing unwanted communications after a recipient has asked you to stop, where stopping is required.
  • Using automation to overwhelm recipients with repetitive messages or unwanted mentions.
  • Using replacement accounts, altered settings, or repeated requests to evade messaging limits or enforcement.
  • Using any feature for bulk or automated messaging where the activity is not permitted by the relevant platform, law, or service terms.

Having access to an automation command does not establish that a particular messaging activity is allowed. You are responsible for checking the rules applicable to your account and intended use.

5. No Harassment, Threats, or Privacy Violations

You must not use the website, bot, commands, or related tools to harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, impersonate, or deliberately distress another person.

You must not use profile-related, lookup, group, messaging, or other tools to monitor someone without authorization, expose private information, target a person for abuse, or interfere with another person's account or privacy.

You must not use the service to:

  • Obtain or disclose private messages, personal records, account details, or confidential information without authorization.
  • Track another person's activity or location without a lawful basis and the necessary authorization.
  • Publish private information to threaten, embarrass, blackmail, or harm someone.
  • Organize harassment, targeted abuse, threats, or repeated unwanted contact.
  • Use group tools to intimidate members or abuse administrative access.

Access to a command does not grant permission to monitor or collect information about another person. You are responsible for obtaining any consent or authorization required for your activity.

6. No Fraud, Phishing, or Malicious Activity

You must not use Erfan MD or its associated tools to facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, credential theft, impersonation, or unauthorized system access.

Prohibited activity includes:

  • Impersonating WhatsApp, Meta, a bank, a government agency, a business, or another person to deceive users.
  • Creating deceptive messages or links intended to steal passwords, verification codes, financial details, or account access.
  • Distributing malware, spyware, ransomware, malicious scripts, or links intended to compromise a device or service.
  • Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, access restricted systems, or interfere with the website's security.
  • Using automated requests to overload the pairing interface, evade request limits, or disrupt service availability.
  • Using the service to facilitate unlawful transactions, threats, extortion, or other illegal conduct.

You must not interfere with the proper operation or security of the Erfan MD website, its infrastructure, or third-party services.

7. Responsible Use of AI, Media, and Generated Content

Some bot configurations may provide AI-assisted responses, image or text generation, editing utilities, media-related commands, or similar functions. You are responsible for how you use and distribute the results.

  • Do not use AI or content tools to create or distribute fraudulent, threatening, harassing, or unlawful material.
  • Do not create, request, share, or distribute sexually exploitative content or sexual content involving minors.
  • Do not use generated content to impersonate people deceptively or mislead others about important facts.
  • Do not download, reproduce, or redistribute copyrighted material unless you have the required permission, licence, or other lawful basis.
  • Respect trademarks, image rights, privacy rights, and the terms governing external media services.
  • Review AI-generated information before relying on it, especially when accuracy or safety matters.

AI responses and outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You should verify important information independently and should not present unverified output as guaranteed fact.

8. Responsible Use of Group and Administrative Commands

Where a bot configuration provides group-management or administrative commands, use them only in groups or environments where you have the required authority.

You must not use administrative features to take over a group, remove or target members without authorization, disrupt another administrator's legitimate control, or evade a group's established rules and platform safeguards.

Before using a command that changes group settings, membership, messages, or permissions, check what the command does and whether you have authority to perform that action. The presence of a command in a menu does not establish that every use of it is appropriate or authorized.

9. Respect Third-Party Services and Platform Rules

Erfan MD may link to or interact with WhatsApp and other third-party products, APIs, servers, software, and services. Those providers may set their own rules, limits, technical requirements, and security controls.

You must not use Erfan MD to:

  • Bypass platform restrictions, authentication requirements, rate limits, or anti-abuse safeguards.
  • Evade an account restriction by repeating prohibited activity through other numbers, accounts, or servers.
  • Misrepresent an unofficial bot, tool, or connection method as an official WhatsApp or Meta product.
  • Interfere with an independent provider's systems or violate that provider's terms.
  • Use a third-party service in a way that you know is unauthorized or unlawful.

Erfan MD is an independent website and is not owned or operated by WhatsApp or Meta. References to these products identify the relevant services and do not imply endorsement.

Before connecting an account, review the current WhatsApp Terms of Service and any applicable third-party terms. A successful pairing response does not by itself establish that a connection method is officially supported, secure, or permitted by the relevant provider.

10. Do Not Misrepresent Features or Results

You must not use the website or its tools to mislead others about what a bot, command, integration, or third-party service can do.

For example, you must not deliberately claim that a task completed successfully when it failed, that information was verified when it was not, or that a feature is guaranteed to work when its availability has not been confirmed.

Users should also avoid assuming that every command shown in an article, example, or menu will work on every server or software version. Actual functionality can depend on the deployment, configuration, permissions, and external services involved.

11. Availability and Account Restrictions

Website features, pairing services, commands, external APIs, and independent servers may change, become unavailable, or operate differently over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful pairing, or the availability of every feature in every environment.

We cannot guarantee that using a bot or pairing tool will prevent WhatsApp account restrictions, disconnections, loss of access, or other action by WhatsApp, Meta, or an independent provider. Such decisions are outside our control.

You remain responsible for your account activity and for evaluating whether a particular connection method is suitable for you. Do not use a tool to bypass restrictions imposed by a platform.

12. Enforcement

Where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law, Erfan MD may investigate suspected misuse of the website or associated tools and take proportionate action to protect users, systems, third parties, and the service.

Depending on the circumstances, action may include refusing a request, restricting access to a feature, removing or correcting relevant website material, limiting access to the website, or reporting suspected unlawful conduct to an appropriate provider or authority where required or permitted by law.

We may act without prior notice when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, suspected fraud, harmful activity, abuse of the pairing interface, or a legal requirement. Any action remains subject to applicable law and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Reporting a Problem

If you believe a tool is being misused, a command is exposing private information, or a website feature creates a security or safety concern, please report the issue through our Contact page or email company@explorefrag.com.

Describe the affected page or feature and explain the concern clearly. Do not include passwords, pairing codes, verification codes, session files, private chat contents, or other sensitive credentials in your report.

If the concern relates to an independent connection server or third-party provider, that provider may also need to be contacted because its systems and decisions may be outside our control.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy when the website, available tools, technical arrangements, or applicable requirements change. When a revised version is published, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.

You should review this page periodically. If you do not agree with a revised policy, stop using the affected website feature or service. Changes will apply subject to applicable law and any notice or consent that may be required.
